This is my xtramath result. On xtramath we have math problems that we have to solve fast. When we finish the test we race the teacher and I get frustrated. But xtramath is a good way to learn.

seagull supper.

beach towels, sunscreen and hats,
a beach chair for mum
and binoculars for dad.

the in/out breathing of waves,
the screech of seagulls,
the mizzle of mist
and somewhere out on the reef
the anchor of a long ago ship.

Left behind on the beach:
Dozens of sea shells sparkling on the sand.
Dark green seaweed coming from the sea.
Lumpy sand , is good for making high sandcastles.
Left behind on the beach:
Rubbish lying around on the sand and
Students wonderful sandcastles.
Sticks for writing names on the sand
Creepy crabs crawling around quickly and making tiny holes.
Left behind on the beach:
A beach chair for mum,
A hand - fan for aunty
A poly - bin for our fine lunch to munch on,
and a big tree for some shade to sit under.
Left behind on the beach:
Waves splashing smoothly,
Splash! I dived into the water
Oh no someone fell out of the yellow kayak.
What are wonderful day full of adorable children.
Under the rug - Isabella
Under the rug
There once lived an old man named Steve. He lived in a small apartment. One cold dark night while Steve was watching his program on his tiny t.v. he saw something in the corner of his eye moving quickly under the rug. He got distracted because of it, he felt scared because he didn’t know what it was. Steve thought it was a gigantic bug but he didn’t care so he looked at his t.v, then he looked back and the thing in the rug quickly disappeared. Two weeks passed and it happened again. He started to get really angry that he destroyed everything in his house even his favourite t.v. Steve thought to himself what’s the point of getting angry if he didn’t know what it was, so he looked under the rusty old rug and it was a little ball that was rolling as if someone rolled something quickly and ran away. He got so outraged his face was red. Steve looked at his apartment and he saw that all was left was his old bookcase so he started reading and he forgot all about the little ball.

|
The author gives us clues to tell us what is going to happen. He also lets us figure out what is going to happen next. The

The first thing that happened was that Bruno didn't like his new house. Bruno’s father had some guests coming over and one of them was called the fury. Bruno didn't like the fury because he was a slob and he would get smart. Then Bruno met Shmuel from across the fence and he became his best friend but he told his sister that he made a new friend but his sister didn't believe him and she thought that he had an imaginary friend.
Bruno found out that his family has to go back to Berlin and Bruno thought that if he moves back that none of his friends would remember him. So Bruno and Shmuel went looking for his dad but what they didn't know was that Bruno’s father was killing people over there who weren't Germans. Bruno and Shmuel were on the other side of the fence.
Then Bruno and Shmuel were playing around in the gas chamber and they didn't know that his father was killing people by putting them in the gas chamber. So that’s how Bruno died. Also Bruno’s father died from getting shot because he just realized that he had killed his own son.

Moral
|
The author is trying to tell us a warning that this should never happen again even though it has happen a lot in WW2. In South Africa people are still killing each other. Also it is suppose to horrify us about the fate of Jews during WW2.
