My Own Narrative by Isabella

On a hot summer’s day back in 1933 there was a lady named Christina. She loved her job so much that she would work throughout the whole week. She would work on night shift from 6:00pm - 7:00am. Christina had two kids named Sam and Lauren. Sam was the youngest at the age of nine, and Lauren was the oldest at the age of fourteen. She also had a husband named Will, who worked as a coach of his own rugby team.

One night when Christina finished her job they gave out prizes to everyone who worked with her. When Christina got her prize she was really happy because she won tickets to a reggae concert. Christina loved reggae music and so did her family.

The next night they got ready to go to the concert. While they were driving to the concert the car broke down on the motorway when it was still busy. Christina got really upset because she thought she would miss the concert. So while she sat in the car crying, her husband Will tried to fix it. He was worried because didn’t know he didn’t know how to.

Lauren suggested they called AA Insurance because they could fix all sorts of cars. Will thought that was a good idea and called them straight away. They waited for an hour. Finally they could see a yellow car coming towards them. On the side of the car it said ‘AA’ so they were jumping up and down because they finally could go to the concert. When the AA insurance people left Will turned the car on. When they heard the engine come on, they were happy because they got to go to the concert. They got to the concert in time to see Bob Marley sing his last song.

The whole family felt glad that their car got fixed and they got to go to the concert. They all went home with smiles on their faces after having a fantastic family night out. Everyone hoped they would get to go to another concert to listen to more of Bob Marley’s songs.
