My report on Jonah Lomu

Jonah Lomu

The great Jonah Tali Lomu was born in New Zealand in 12 August 1975. His parents are Tongan and his nickname is Big Man Burger. After his cousin died in a fight his Mum sent him to Wesley College in Pukekohe to be taught some discipline. When he was nine he had something wrong with his kidney.

He played rugby for the Blues, Cheifs, Hurricanes, Counties Manukau, Wellington and North Harbour. When Jonah Lomu was nineteen years old he got selected for the All Blacks to play against France. Also he got selected for the rugby world cup in 1995. After each game he felt exhausted.

Now in 2011 I read in the news papers that him and Manu Vatuvei are in fight for life they are doing it because it is for a cancer charity.
